Pest Control Products (PCP) Registration
The Federal PCP Act, covers any product making a claim (insecticides or preservatives) for the control of pests. The PCP Act has an extensive registration procedure, the culmination of which is the final approved label with a unique registration number and a formal registration certificate. Although each product and application will have its own unique requirements, there are basic information requirements common to all.
